Very clean and very comfortable beds. Smart bathrooms. Staff great. So convenient for the Grotto and on the flat which suited me well. Good value continental breakfast for €7. Regularly topped up. Only thing lacking are tea/coffee facilities in the room so take your own. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location but the staff was very rude especially the lady with the boy haircut in the breakfast restaurant. She was screaming on guests and was very annoying. Dear hotel, please train her well so she can learn how to talk with people before giving her any responisbility. Because of her impolite and rude character, I'm giving this hotel this low rating. Otherwise, it is good and has a great location

Main spot of the Lourdes, hotel located in a main area, nice coffee bar and alcohol bar open until late night , Hotel value for money, Large rooms and clean bath rooms. Quick and easy check in. Reception staffs are very helpful and friendly. Only 5 minuts walking distance from the temple. Main shoping and restaurent just around the hotel. Parking price acceptable Breakfast and half board possible Good location and value for money

Very good value basic hotel. Very well placed for Lourdes Sanctuary, just a couple of hundred metres. Bit noisy with people dragging furniture across the floor (why ????) in other rooms. Very comfortable beds and small but beautifully fitted shower room. l will use it again when visiting Lourdes.

I have stayed here August of 2021 with my relatives. I greatly recommend this Hotel. All in all I was satisfied during my sojourn and will definitely book for this hotel. My relatives and friends in different countries are staying most of the time in this hotel. Now I suggested it to my colleagues Loreta Florendo and others who will be visiting this May 2023.

I actually came back for the second time. This is the perfect place if you’re heading to the Pyrenees for cycling and come by train as it arrives quite late/departs early. It’s comfortable, quiet and clean, especially the bathroom. Looks like it’s been recently renovated and everything is neat and tidy. Espresso is good. Very close to the train station. For the things you get vs the price, I find it unbeatable in Lourdes.

Lovely clean Hotel. Breakfast excellent.Beds hard but rooms good. Staff unhelpful and seemed muddled and confused.They were the only complaint l have.
